What You’ll Need

• 1 vial Formiv Glutathione Peptide 1500mg (lyophilized powder)

• 1 vial Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water)

• 1 sterile syringe (5 ml)

• Alcohol pads

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Sanitize the area.
   Wipe both vial tops (Retatrutide and BAC Water) with alcohol pads.

2. Draw the BAC water.
   Using a sterile syringe, draw 6 mL of BAC water for reconstitution.  Since your syringe is just 5ml - you can do two 3ml Bac Water Transfers
   

3. Reconstitute slowly.
   Insert the needle into the Retatrutide vial and let the water gently run down the side of the vial.
   Do not shake. Swirl lightly until the powder fully dissolves and the solution clears.

4. Store properly.
   Keep refrigerated between 2–8 °C (36–46 °F).
   Use within 90 days after reconstitution.

Starting Phase

300mg [100 Units] twice a week for 2 to 3 weeks
